Brick Taxes enforces a strict **Secure Vault Policy**: We utilize bank-grade encryption via the **TaxDome Client Portal**. We do not accept or transmit SSNs or full tax returns via unencrypted email. All data is protected by 256-bit AES encryption.

4. Disclosure & Safeguards

We do not disclose any non-public personal information about our clients to third parties except as requested by you or as required by law. We restrict access to employees who need that information to provide professional services to you.
